Pricing FAQ

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Single lessons are refundable up to 24 hours before the session. Package sessions are refundable for unused lessons minus a 10% administration fee. The $5 trial fee is non-refundable, but is credited toward your first Standard or Package lesson if you continue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payments are processed securely. For package bundles, full payment is required at time of booking.
Do packages expire?
Package sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We find this gives students plenty of flexibility while keeping momentum in their learning journey.
Can I pause my package if life gets busy?
Absolutely. If you need a break, just send a message and we can put your remaining sessions on hold for up to 4 weeks within your 6-month validity window.
