Refund Scenarios at a Glance
Free Trial Lesson
N/A — it's free!The trial lesson has no cost and therefore no refund applies. Simply don't attend if you change your mind, though we'd love a heads-up so we can free the slot.
Single Lesson
Full refund if cancelled 24h+ beforeCancel at least 24 hours before the lesson start time for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a 50% late cancellation fee.
10-Session Package
Unused sessions refunded minus 10% admin feeIf you wish to stop partway through a package, we will refund all unused sessions minus a 10% administration fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
Package Refund Example
Scenario: You purchased a 10-session package at $250 total ($25/session). After 3 sessions, you decide to stop. You have 7 unused sessions.
How to Request a Refund

Send an email to refunds@teacherwang.com or use the contact form on our website. Include your booking reference and reason for the refund request.
We Review Your Request
We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm the refund amount based on this policy.
Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Important: Refunds are only available to the original purchaser and to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds in cash or to a different payment method.
